One One One Laundromat

I don't recommend this facility. No ample parking, no comfortable seating, no bathroom, no heating, not that clean. I expected better for State College. The place to put detergent and bleach is scum like no one ever opens that area to clean it. A real turn off and some machines seem rusty on the outside.

Our washing machine at home is broken and the reviews sounded really nice, so I stopped by after work. First thing I have to mention is that there is no parking lot, or at least not anymore just two private parking spaces in a very small gravel area and two parking meters across the road. Parking is $1.00 for 40 minutes. The place is stuffy, and there were ants crawling around and what looks like soap scum buildup in the washing machines. It wasn't filthy, but it definitely could use a good cleaning I'm used to doing small loads because of how our home washer was, and I was told beforehand that the washing machines were small, but even then I was surprised by how small they were. For $1.75, my clothes were washed in a timely manner and seem clean, but had a strange citrusy smell to them. The dryers are 25¢ for 7 minutes and are decently sized, but there aren't clear instructions on where the lint filter was located to clean it out, so I hope that whoever used that dryer after me knew how to check it. Two of someone's acrylic nails came out with my clothes when I took my laundry out of the dryer, and I found another when I got home. No one in my family wears acrylic nails. All in al

Good quality machines. $1.75 per load for washers. 25c for 7 min dryer. Laundromat was clean with seats inside and out. Quarter machine, vending machine and soap disoensing machines. After 10 days of travel throughout PA this was the cheapest Laundromat I have cone across.

Had an easy time here, the washers are on the small side but they are cheaper than other laundromats so I think it's fair. The soap vendor works fine, charging 75 cents instead of the typical $1. It was clean enough for a laundromat, and there a little library inside. And a food donation corner! And a 50 cent vacuum outside to do you car while the clothes are washing, I think that's brilliant. Thanks for being right around the corner from the worst laundromat in the area. Really made my day better. I hope this one prevails

Easy to find, and easy to use. Only cost $2! Quarter machine inside. Dryer only took 7 minutes so it was nice to not have to wait forever.
